1. How do I maintain my custom lash strips ?
- Please use lash strip glue. Clean your lashes with lash shampoo, rinse with water, brush with spoolie and let them air dry.
2. how do I maintain my wigs and bundles?
- wash wig every 3 weeks, deep condition and let hair dry for best results. Don’t add unnecessary products to your hair. Don’t use heat on your hair everyday! Go to a professional hairdresser for bleaching and dyeing! Do not flat iron 613 hair over 450 degrees.
3. What shipping do you offer?
- we offer standard shipping which is 5-7 business days and express shipping which is 1-2 business days.
4. If wigs/bundles are not “ready to ship” how long will it take for me to receive it?
- 7 to 15 business days
5. what happens if my package gets stolen, lost or damaged?
- Please contact the shipping carrier because after Jazlynscollection have shipped off your order we are no longer responsible for any damages.
